The categories of passengers are the following ones:
- Adults: Passengers 12 years old or older.
- Children: Passengers from 2 to 11 years old. Tickets for unaccompanied children, younger than 12 years old, cannot be booked via the website.
- Infants / Babies (without seat) are considered the passengers up to 2 years old. Every passenger, older than 12 years old, may escort a baby in his arms as a general rule. (Exception might occur)
Note: some flights do not offer special prices for children and/or babies. In this case, the price of child and/or infant ticket will be the same as for the adult passenger.
You can check-in for your flight by using one of the following ways:
Check-in at the airport is provided by every airline company whether at the check-in gate or at the special kiosk for self-check-in. In both cases, you will receive your boarding pass at the airport. (Note that some low-cost airlines might have additional fees for check-in at the airport)
The other ways to check-in are not always provided by the airline company. If you check-in online on the website of the airline company you will have to print out the boarding pass and take it with you at the airport. In the case of check-in from your mobile phone (Mobile Check-in), you should save the check-in code that the airline sends you either by text message or by e-mail.
In all the methods you would need to use your online check-in code or e-ticket number in order to proceed with the check-in.

Every airline has its own restrictions regarding weight, size, and type of luggage and hand luggage depending on the ticket class and flight destination. In the tickets you purchase through our agency, all the baggage details available to us are shown both on the website during purchase and in the confirmation email under each separate ticket.
Please take into account that if you bought a connecting flight ticket, the stricter luggage and hand luggage rules of the airline company carrying out the flight are applied. You can read detailed information on such restrictions on the airline company`s website in the respective section.
The tickets are non-transferable and for this reason, no change of name can be done after the ticket is issued. It is considered to be passenger’s responsibility to enter the correct information during the reservation process. The name should be entered in the reservation form exactly as it is written in the passport or the identity card (depending on which document will be taken by passenger with him for the travel).
Most airlines do not allow name changes after the ticket is issued. If you find an error or misspelling in the name please contact us as soon as possible so we can inform you about the available options according to the airline company's policy.
Make sure that you are using the correct online check-in code (provided in the e-mail with your ticket confirmation to the right of the ticket number). Also check if your flights are being operated by different airline companies, which means that online check-in might not be possible in this case. In case online check-in is not possible you would need to proceed with checking-in directly at the airport.

Name and surname should be entered in the booking exactly as they are shown in the travel document (passport, ID etc.) In case there are several names/surnames they should all be entered respectively and the system will not allow spaces between them according to the rules of the international booking system.
In case the passenger has a middle name it should also be entered during the booking process. It should be added to the first name, not the surname.
In case you are not sure how to correctly insert your name or surname please kindly contact the respective airline company in order to clarify how they would need to see your personal details in order to allow boarding.

If you have bought a connecting flight ticket, for example, Athens-New York with a connecting flight in London, and the first flight Athens-London is delayed due to the fault of the airline company and, consequently, you miss your following flight to New York, then the airline company`s staff in the airport are obligated to change your tickets to the next available flight.
In case there are no alternative flights or the alternative option is not suitable for you, please contact the airline company representative for a possibility of compensation. If you have bought 2 separate tickets for the flights Athens-London and London-New York, no compensation will be provided and you will have to purchase a new ticket in order to continue your travel. In order to purchase a new ticket or exchange the existing one, you would need to address the representative of the airline company in the airport.
Most airline companies provide special meal types on their flights.

Refunds by airlines or consolidators for part-used tickets are always less than pro-rata and in some cases there may be no refund value whatsoever. Refunds will be paid to you as soon as the amount due has been established with either the relevant airline or consolidator.
